Not Another Allocated Bourbon

Thank you to everyone on the newsletter who came out and feasted on today's limited allocation. To be 100% clear, the new 8 year cask strength Bourbon is NOT an allocated whiskey. It will be in production year-round and we have plenty of 8 year old Bourbon ready to go.

The issue is the availability of Three Chamber rye whiskey barrels to finish the Bourbon in, as we are the only distillery in the world with a Three Chamber Still and the used barrels are at a premium. Never fret, however, as we'll have more in stock as soon as we finish another batch in Three Chamber rye whiskey barrels!

We’re expecting more bottles to hit the store later this week, but only about 30-40 additional units until we’re sold out once again. There will be a continual ebb and flow of inventory like this until supply eventually outpaces demand; hopefully by later this year.
