A Special Single Barrel Celebration - Dec 6th

To bottle a single barrel, or not to bottle a single barrel; that is the question!

Todd has been grappling with this Shakespearian dilemma since our 25th anniversary. We have these incredible 8 year old Three Chamber rye whiskey barrels that we're saving for the big 10 year launch in 2026. That being said, they taste really good right now. Like....REALLY good. Especially at 57% ABV.

After some long discussions and volume projections, we've decided to do something special for those of you in Denver. On Friday evening, December 6th, we'll be hosting two groups of 50 people at the distillery for cocktails, food, conversation, and a single barrel sampling of the 8 year Three Chamber rye whiskey, along with other Three Chamber spirits. If you like what you taste, you can buy a bottle right then and there.

No bottle limits if you come. If we sell both barrels that night, then so be it. That might be all we release this year. Head over to our reservation website and sign up for the VIP Sneak Preview 6 PM or 7 PM time slot if you're interested (eventually both groups will bleed into one another and it will be one giant party). Tickets are $50 per person. Just make sure you can come because all ticket sales are final! We'll put your name on the guest list and see you on December 6th.
