Yes, the rumors are true! Last week on Instagram we announced our second Three Chamber Still spirit to be a part of next week’s 25th Anniversary celebration at the distillery: our highly-anticipated pear brandy eau de vie!

Bottled at 50% ABV after a two-month dilution period and six months of resting in traditional glass demijohns, we think you’re going to be blow away.
