More Bourbon Coming Soon

As we ready our first shipments of the new 8 year old cask strength Bourbon to California, New York, and other national markets, Todd has been doing his best to find more Three Chamber rye whiskey barrels to continue the finishing process. As many of you already know, our new 8 year Bourbon spends its final few months resting in ex-Three Chamber rye whiskey casks to soak up the oily residue that’s left when we dump those barrels. Todd explains more about this in the above Instagram video.

At the moment, we’re filling as many barrels as we can to create enough Bourbon to satiate current demand. We’re hoping to have bottles available for shipping online by the end of the month, but check your local markets in the meantime. You should see a few bottles popping up along the west coast by the end of the week.
